Client Relationship

The client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising from the tarot reading and/or coaching relationship, calls, and interactions with the tarot reader or coach. As such, the client agrees that The Elevated Taurus is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions, inactions, or direct or indirect results of any services provided. The client understands that tarot reading and coaching are not therapy, do not substitute for therapy if needed, and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

The client acknowledges that tarot reading and coaching do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as the American Psychiatric Association defines them and that these services are not replacements for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice from qualified legal, medical, or other professionals.

Suppose the client is currently under the care of a mental health professional. In that case, it is recommended that the client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the tarot reading or coaching relationship agreed upon by the client and The Elevated Taurus.

The client understands that to enhance the tarot reading or coaching relationship, the client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

 

Confidentiality

As long as it's legal, the Elevated Taurus agrees to keep all communications and information with the client private and confidential. No personal information will be shared without the client’s permission. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else. The Elevated Taurus may use general scenarios and topics, with no personal information shared, in the content and testimonials provided by the client.

Limited Liability Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, The Elevated Taurus makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the tarot reading or coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. The Elevated Taurus shall not be liable to the client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the client may incur, The Elevated Taurus’s entire liability under this agreement and the client’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount paid by the client to The Elevated Taurus under this agreement for all tarot reading or coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

 

Refund | Cancellation Policy

All contracts are binding. The Elevated Taurus does not offer refunds on tarot readings or coaching services. The commitment to these services is a pledge to personal growth and requires a full investment from the client. When refunds are an option, it can create an ambivalent commitment. It's for the client's benefit to decide before purchasing the service package and committing to work with The Elevated Taurus if the service is right for them. Clients need to be 100% committed, just as The Elevated Taurus will be for them. Should the client need to reschedule a tarot reading or coaching session, they may do so by providing 24 hours' notice in advance of their session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not canceled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. Prioritizing this work is essential to receiving the full benefit of the service package.
